When you submit your email address, an email will be sent containing a verification link which we require you to either click and confirm you have received or add the verification code provided when prompted.

If two or more people are required by your bank to authorise new Direct Debits, this form cannot be used. Please contact Norfolk County Council to discuss alternatives.

If you have entered into a Deferred Payment arrangement with Norfolk County Council, you will not be able to use this service
